Nemaha County Community Health Services (NCCHS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the health of all residents in Nemaha County, Kansas. Since our beginning, we’ve focused on providing high-quality, accessible care for individuals and families—no matter their age, income, or background.

Whether it's through immunizations, home visits, wellness exams, nutrition support, or public health education, we are committed to meeting the needs of our community with compassion, expertise, and a strong local presence.

Healthcare Services
At Nemaha County Community Health Services, we offer a wide range of public health services to support individuals and families throughout Nemaha County. From well child visits and immunizations to blood pressure checks and seasonal vaccines, our team is here to help you stay healthy at every stage of life.
We proudly serve as a Vaccines for Children (VFC) provider, ensuring that no child is turned away due to an inability to pay. We also administer the WIC program, providing nutrition support and education for eligible families. NCCHS accepts both public and private insurance and is committed to making quality care accessible to all members of our community.
Education and Support
At Nemaha County Community Health Services, we provide essential education and support to help families and individuals make healthy choices. From prenatal and nutrition education to safe sleep guidance and home care services, our programs are designed to promote wellness and independence at every stage of life.
Outreach
Our goal is to provide healthcare services that meet the needs of people wherever they are in our community. We actively reach out to schools, businesses, care homes, and local healthcare facilities to offer additional support, including immunizations, breastfeeding assistance, and home visit programs.
